Lean beef like filet mignon or sirloin are excellent sources of protein. For a healthy body and skin, you need protein. Protein from steak builds collagen which is responsible for the plumpness of the skin. The steak you often pass provides amino acids needed for collagen production.

Other sources of proteins include fish, beans, lentils, turkey, chicken, soy, tofu, nuts, and seeds.
