TOKYO, June 26 (Xinhua) — Tokyo lost ground Tuesday morning as investors turned risk-off following a tweet by U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin saying that more countries might be banned from investing in U.S. technology firms. The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average dropped 116.82 points, or 0.52 percent, from Monday to 22,221.33.
