The air quality in the Uttar Pradesh capital and nearby areas was said to be “alarmingly bad” and polluted for a second straight day on Monday, officials said. The death toll from dengue has crossed the 100 mark here and still the vector borne disease shows no signs of relenting in Uttar Pradesh.
