Students protested in Bengaluru over cancelled exams following a question paper leak BENGALURU:  Three men have been arrested for the leak of the Class 12 chemistry exam paper in Bengaluru – not once but twice – and among them is a minister’s top aide. ‘India Rankings 2016’ released by the Human Resource Development Ministry ranked IIT Kharagpur at Number 3.
