Exercising is undoubtedly good for health. However, positive mindset about exercise brings better benefit, not just physically but psychologically and neurophysiologically too, a new study has revealed. The researchers in the study published in the Journal of Behavioral Medicine provided evidence that individuals can be positively or negatively influenced before engaging in exercise.
